Solutions Specialist at Digital Transitions
As the Digitization Solutions Specialist (Technical) for Digital Transitions, you will be responsible for offering professional one-on-one technical consultation to our clients during the sales process as well as installation and training services post-sale for imaging solutions within the heritage market. This position focuses on utilizing Digital Transitions’ hardware and software products to provide creative workflow solutions based on the needs of the clients. The additional responsibilities also include, but are not limited to equipment testing, email and phone support, and technical sales support.
This is a public-facing position and we are looking for someone who is able to think critically, has an excellent bedside manner with a strong technical photographic background (digital camera backs, medium format cameras, technical cameras, etc.), is detail-oriented, and is able to communicate technical information to various stakeholders who have different knowledge levels.
