DT’s 2019 event calendar is already filling up quick! Not only do we have Capture One training classes for beginners and experts alike, but we’re also excited to announce some unique events this upcoming year, including:
East Coast Tour – Featuring the IQ4
We’ll be traveling to numerous cities along the East Coast—including New York, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Baltimore, Boston, and Florida—to provide in-person demonstrations of Phase One’s newest piece of hardware, the IQ4 150MP. You’ll be able to meet the experts who will share their knowledge on the technology and new features behind the XF IQ4 Camera System, and learn how the XF IQ4 makes the future of imaging possibilities endless.
Each open house will be held from 1:00pm – 4:00pm, with an informative presentation around 3:00pm. Stop by to say hello, chat one-on-one with the experts, and get all your questions answered.

Phase One Basics
Capture One basics has been a great resource for photographers looking to get a jumpstart on learning Capture One software. In this same spirit, we’re excited to announce that we’re now offering a “Phase One Basics” program that will get you up to speed on all of the unique and powerful features in Phase One’s hardware. The first one will focus on the XF system, and the second class will be specifically about using a Phase One digital back with tech cameras. Keep an eye on our events page and upcoming emails for specific dates and a full curriculum outline, or email us to be notified when they’re posted.
Workshops
We’re partnering with some amazing photographers in 2019 on an ongoing series of workshops to both hone your skills as well as provide some unique photographic experiences. Learn from some of the top talent in the country as they take you to their favorite photo locations and environments, sharing tips, techniques, and local knowledge along the way.
SHARON TENENBAUM | NEW YORK | APRIL 4 – 7
Sharon Tenenbaum has made a name for herself with her striking urban architectural photography. This three-day workshop will be split between walking through New York City to capture its iconic urban environments and the classroom where Sharon will walk you through her editing techniques with hands-on post-processing sessions.
CUBA WORKSHOP | HAVANA, CUBA | APRIL 13 – 20
This immersive and interactive workshop will truly be a once in a lifetime experience for you to capture the essence and beauty of the Cuban culture through the lens of the latest Phase One Medium Format camera systems. This workshop is not like many of the regular workshop/tours that are out there – not only do we provide high-end gear and training for the attendees, but Camera Voyages’ impeccable reputation and experience in Cuban travel and photography enables us to provide access to places not normally available to regular tours.
Digital Tech Nights
Our Digital Tech night in New York last month was a resounding success, so we’ll continue to host Digital Tech Nights in both our New York and LA showrooms throughout 2019. We created these events to both share the latest in Digital Photography knowledge, as well as foster a meeting place for the digital tech community, so be sure to come out, mingle with your peers, have some food and drinks, and advance your expertise in the process.
